This Labor Day weekend, thirteen college students will give up a holiday weekend to confront the issue of immigration in Berks County. They will interview, photograph, record, and write the stories of those people who are willing to share their journey. The print book and website they create will represent these individuals — not just as immigrants, not just as documented or undocumented — but as human beings with reasons behind their actions. Humans who dream of something better. People with hope.
